Privacy policy and data processing consent

By checking the relevant box on the website www.dum-leopold.cz, you consent to receiving commercial communications under the conditions set out below. This document explains to whom you are providing this consent and the purposes for which it is given.

Who processes your data?

Depending on the consent provided, the data controllers may be:

  • Project Controller: EPRE Leopoldova s.r.o., ID No.: 04651405 (hereinafter the "Controller"), the developer of the Leopold House project.
  • Group Controller: The parent company ENERGO–PRO Real Estate s.r.o., ID No.: 14258501 (hereinafter "EP RE"), which oversees the group's development activities.

Scope and purpose of consent

You may grant consent for two separate purposes. We only process your: name, surname, email address, and phone number.

1. Consent to receive updates regarding the Leopold House project

  • Controller: EPRE Leopoldova s.r.o.
  • Description: We will provide updates on construction progress, apartment availability, special offers, open days, and other news exclusively related to the Leopold House project.
  • Legal basis: Your consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

2. Consent to offers for other group projects (data transfer)

  • Independent Controller: ENERGO–PRO Real Estate s.r.o. (EP RE).
  • Description: The Controller will transfer your contact details to EP RE. EP RE may then contact you with offers regarding other development projects within the group.
  • Legal basis: Your consent to the transfer of data and subsequent marketing communications pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

Validity period

Your consent for both purposes is valid for 36 months from the date of consent (or from your last active interaction, such as clicking a link in an email).

Before this period expires, we may email you to ask if you wish to renew your subscription. If you do not renew your consent, your data will be deleted from our marketing database.

How to withdraw consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time and free of charge, including for each purpose separately, by:

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given prior to its withdrawal.

Providing consent is entirely voluntary. It is not a requirement for processing your inquiries or concluding a purchase agreement for an apartment. If you do not provide consent, we will not send you marketing newsletters, but this will not affect standard communication regarding your specific requests.
