the Leopold
Residence
The Leopold Residence is a standalone project featuring 142 apartments across two towers. The design of the taller tower draws inspiration from the adjacent housing estate's architecture, while the shorter tower reflects the surrounding family homes. Every apartment features a convenient basement storage unit, and most come with a parking space. The ground floor features seven commercial spaces.
The Residence is named after the street which it is located on, Leopoldova, named after Leopold I, King of Bohemia and the grandfather of Maria Theresa.

The building’s architecture reflects its location on the border of Chodov and Háje. For over 50 years, this district has maintained a perfect balance between family homes and traditional residential blocks. Our vision for the Leopold Residence was to seamlessly integrate it into the surrounding neighbourhood while meeting the highest standards of modern living.
The facade alternates between light and dark shades to enhance the visual depth of the towers. A standout feature is the creative design of the balconies, which protrude from the facade in a staggered arrangement to create a dynamic silhouette. The balcony railings are designed in anthracite grey and feature slim vertical balusters. On the upper floors, residents can enjoy expansive views reaching far into the horizon.
